Products/Services at the Rhineland sites

Krefeld-Uerdingen: Polyurethanes (precursors especially used for sustainable insulation in the construction industry), polycarbonates (crystal-clear high performance plastic MAKROLON for the automotive and electrical industry, which is extremely strong, lightweight, durable and can be formed into any shape).

Dormagen: Polyurethanes (precursors for the foam industry, used for furniture, the automotive industry, mattresses), specific products (precursors for coatings industry), foils (especially for the production of identity cards and driver's licences).

Leverkusen: Focus on precursors like chlorine, sodium hydroxide solutions, hydrogen and hydrochloric acid. Substances that are essential for the production of Covestro's products.
