Services

Together with the integrated infrastructures the Chemical and Industrial Parks of the ChemCologne region also offer optimized services for all kinds of chemical or processing industry plants. The plant operator can choose to use a wide range of services on an optional basis: waste treatment, chemical analysis, education, purchasing, engineering, maintenance, logistics, personnel recruitment, technical inspection, advanced training, etc. Most of the services are offered either by the site-operating company or by independent service firms located on-site or off-site. Hence the plant operator can focus on the core business, thus minimizing the use of their own personnel for non-core activities.

A few – mostly security-relevant site services – are obligatory for the plant-operating company: fire fighting as well as security services, like site security and environmental monitoring.
